Welcome, my name is Chris Fouquette this site is about the work I enjoy doing. Building scribe fit log n timber homes for the past 20 years. Working with people mostly locally in the Slocan Valley, West Kootenay’s B.C. I am always interested on projects outside of constructing homes. Small cabins, garages, gazebos, large gateways and most anything you could imagine.
I can help with renovations, staining, renewing those grey log into fresh new look.
The local saw mill at one time store their logs in the Slocan Lake using logs ( Boom Logs) to hold all the fell timber in a space designated for logs. The forest industry has slowed down and mill closed. Some of the perimeter boom log were purchased and used for this home.
