Log home building plans? Myself and Richard have spent the winter harvesting the most acceptional logs for 2022. Want a log home or cabin? Make plans now. There is a couple on order. With enough logs for a large home or a small cabin for you.
Longspar Contracting / Richard spent most of the winter looking for logs. Some logs are 80′ with 16″ tops. All of the logs have very little taper.
We have spent the time selecting prime building logs from several sites. All the best that could be found. The logs are trucked to Lonspar’s site for construction. Log are sorted into saw logs or building logs.
Milling
Timbers will be sawed up. All the timbers for a floor and any roof timbers will be sawed up at Longspar’s site and after that. Every board and timber is sent through a resaw after being cut on the head rig / circular saw. The resaw cuts every board and beam exactly the same.
Foundation and Floor
Logs to be moved
Off they go. The logs are placed on trucks and trailers after that they will be brought to any site. The log home will be put back together. As it should be.
